2008 Samsung Inline Skating Festival

On Sunday June 8, 2008, the Samsung Inline Skating Festival will offer a full day of competitive and non-competitive inline skating activities, games and entertainment at East Coast Park C3 (Near Marine Cove) in Singapore. Competitive inline events include Men's Open 100m Dash, Women's Open 100m Dash, Men's Freestyle Slalom and Women's Freestyle Slalom. The minimum age for entry is 13 years at the time of registration, and any participants who are under the age of 18 will need parental consent. Prizes for winners of the competitions and drawings will come from Samsung's line of digital products.

There are also fun skating contests, charity fundraising races, school relays and inline skating clinics for skaters of all ages. Celebrity DJs will skate and join the stage games and carnival activities. And there will even be prizes for the best Samsung Inline Skating Festival photos, too.
