Friday Night Fever Spreads in Paris

By May 26, 2009

Follow me on:

A Friday Night Fever travels up and down the streets of Paris, France every week. The Pari Roller, which is known locally as Friday Night Fever, is one of the biggest weekly recurring inline skating events in the world.

The french police department became involved in 1997 to insure the safety of skaters, motorists and pedestrians, and today, many of the French inline skating lawmen actually participate in the tour. In addition to attracting thousands of inline skaters, the Pari Roller is also a popular spectator sport for tourists and residents in the city center.

If you decide that you want to catch the fever, make sure that your stroking, stopping and maneuvering skills are good enough to travel with this pack of seasoned skaters.
