Halloween has always offered a great skating experience in San Francisco, thanks to D. Miles Jr., the GodFather of Skating, and the California Outdoor Rollersports Association (C.O.R.A.). They always plan a costumed social street skate through the city in full party mode. And everyone is invited to celebrate Halloween with the Midnight Rollers as they present a grand haunting of the streets of San Francisco on skates.
The party starts on Halloween night, Wednesday, October 31, 2012, with a special version of the San Francisco Friday Night Skate. Skaters will meet at Ferry Plaza in front of the Ferry Building at Market Street and the Embarcadero around 7:30pm.
There is no fee, and you can skate, bike or travel via any human powered method you choose. For more information e-mail D. Miles Jr., or visit the 2012 Skate Fright Night page on the C.O.R.A site.
