Patrick Finley, a coach from the Gateway Speed Team in Saint Louis, Misssouri, asked to get his club added to the list of speed teams in the United States. He wants local skaters to know that the door is open to new members.
This group of inline speed skaters trains for national competition in both indoor and outdoor racing events. But everyone is welcome, because member skating levels range from fitness skaters to competitive athletes. Gateway was originally an indoor racing team, but now the team includes both disciplines and is open to anyone who would like to learn about the inline racing sports.
