2012 was a wonderful year in roller sports and 2013 will be even better. Especially if we each package up our New Year's resolutions into a virtual skate bag and add more skating time into our lifestyles. Just a little more skating time can help us achieve specific skating goals, work on weight loss, gain fitness and reduce stress.
Try writing down a list of the things that inline skating activities could help you accomplish. Or make a schedule that includes a space for the activity you need, or additional time to work on that special skating goal. This tangible list will help make the idea stick and the commitment real.
