Determine Your Real Fitness Goals

Decide Why You Need a Fitness Program

clr gif

Before you do anything else, decide exactly why you want to start a fitness skating and activities program. Perhaps your doctor has suggested that you start a fitness program to lose weight. If you are already active, maybe you want to step up your fitness skating program to prepare for a marathon or add other cross-training sports and fitness challenges. Are you a competitive roller sports speed or figure skater who needs to add training resources to locations where skating is not possible or at times when there is no skating access?

Having clear skating or fitness goals can help you stay motivated. You do not need a long list of benefits to choose from, but you will need a few that you really believe in or have always wanted to achieve. These are thought starters. Use only those that apply or write in your own.
