- Q. Will you answer my letter?A. Sure. That's the fun part of this job. I answer all skating letters from active skaters or armchair skaters who have skating questions, skating news, skating ideas or who just want to talk skating. I do not respond to spam or other off-topic contacts.
- Q. When will I get a response from you?A. Letters are answered as soon as I read them... or have an answer if a solution is requested. But, I am still actively involved in roller sports, so I am not available all day as email is delivered to my box.
