Cameroon has a pack of eager speed skaters and a governing body of elected officers for their federation. These speed skaters are glad to share training photos with Remi Hubert from France during inline racing sessions from March 17 to 27 in 2009. Their training was supervised by Christophe Audoire.
The official governing body for skating in Cameroon is the Federation Camerounaise de Patins à Roulettes, an organization recognized by the Federation Internationale de Roller Sports (FIRS). Cameroon has 400 registered skaters from various skating disciplines, but speed makes up the majority of active skaters. Limited supplies and insufficient government interest keep inline roller sports from growing in this North African country.
