900 Jump in Aggressive Inline Skating

By Carlesa Williams, About.com

Definition: 900 or 900 jump is a shortened name for 900 degrees of rotation in the air, which is among the most difficult of the inline skating stunts. Most commonly performed in vert skating, a 900 jump happens when the skater spins two-and-one-half rotations before landing on the ramp. This is two-and-one-half complete revolutions in the air. There are many variations of this based on body position and the street or park structure used. Two-and-one-half-jumps exist by other names in other forms of skating, too.
Also Known As: 900, two-and-one-half-jump
