Coastal Florida is getting drenched as Tropical Storm Fay zig-zags through the state, but a couple of 15 year-old skaters found a way to use the energy from the storm. George Torzsa and Patrick Fuzzard hopped a city bus and traveled three miles north of their homes to use a tarp and the wind power to propel their skateboard and inline skates down Atlantic Avenue in Ponce Inlet, Florida.
