Learn to skate or become a certified inline skating instructor at inline skating schools and workshops around the world for everyone from beginners to potential coaches. Programs are available for everyone from tots to adults. Some classes offer aggressive, speed, freestyle slalom and hockey specific training and activities, too. Citiskate has been rolling since 2001, and the school has helped get many people started in inline skating. Activities include group or private lessons, free events and trips abroad to foreign skating destination cities. Courses are suitable for all levels from raw beginners to intermediate and advanced skaters with access to rental skates that can be kept for the duration of the course for practice.

The Sk8SKOOL Elite Training Program for Speedskaters is housed in the Gerlev Sports Academy in Slagelse, Denmark. The Academy has excellrnt speedskating facilities including an extra-large sports hall, a fitness room, a movement studio with wall mirrors, a gymnastic studio and a street-movement park. There are also swimming, beach volley ball, frisbee, golf, football and sauna facilities on the site.

If you live in London and could use some inline skating lessons, consider the UrbanSkaters. They offer bookings by the hour and you can spread your time out over a week or more, and there may be discounts available for multiple hour advanced bookings. The Escola Oficial de Patinatge Inline conducts classes in a covered sports hall that is perfect for inline skating lessons and practice. The school also offers training on urban routes with skates for beginners. A group of volunteers from the association is responsible for the safety of beginners. In addition to traditional skating classes for children and adults at the school, there are other special workshops and ongoing activities for primary and secondary school students. Roll-O-Fit - India

Roll-O-Fit is one of India's leading skating schools. It has more than 12 branches in Mumbai and affiliated training locations in Pune, Delhi and other cities. Roll-O-Fit was started in 1997 to promote skating and has helped more than 50,000 students of all ages and levels learn to skate. The Skating Instructors Association (SkateIA) works to bring inline skating, roller skating and skateboarding school owners and instructors together to share ideas and develop the sports. Membership is open to all skating professionals and potential skating instructors regardless of how big or small the program may be. SkateIA creates a professional atmosphere that helps open up teaching opportunities and encourage networking between inline and roller sports instructors.

Glace et Roller Inline de Paris has group classes and private lessons for skaters on inline roller skates, ice figure blades and quad roller skates. Currently, this is the only French skating school that can teach figure skating and dance on inline skates and on ice.
