Inline Skating Camps for Kids

Any child who loves to skate or wants to learn how to skate will enjoy an inline skating adventure summer camp for summer vacation. These programs are usually available for kids aged 8 to 18 from June through August. Camps offer aggressive, speed and hockey specific training and activities. Some programs provide a combination of inline skating and optional sports related activities. Many include traditional camping activities, too. Camp Woodward

Camp Woodward is a residential action sports camp offering 1-week summer sessions to kids ages 7 - 18. This camp attracts inline skaters and athletes from all over the world and has been in camp business for over 30 years. Camp Woodward has state-of-the-art inline skating facilities. Instructors include professional athletes and Olympians. This campsite has hosted the X Games and other national and international action sports competitions. Skaters of all skill levels are accepted. Traditional camp experiences include recreational activities, cabin living, swimming pool, counselors and fun in a country setting.

This camp attracts inline skaters and other athletes from all over the world and has been in camp business for over 35 years. Woodward West has state-of-the-art athletic facilities. Instructors include professional athletes and Olympians. This has been the site of X Games and other national and international action sports competitions, as well as the training site for world-class gymnasts. Skaters of all skill levels are accepted. Traditional camp experiences include recreational activities, cabin living, swimming pool, counselors and fun two hours north of Los Angeles.

Pripstein's Camp Mishmar

Pripstein's Camp Mishmar is a traditional, residential children's summer camp in St. Adolphe - Howard in the Laurentian mountains, 60 miles north of Montreal, Canada. The camp was founded 68 years ago. The sports program is an important part of the daily schedule. There are many state-of-the-art sports facilities and programs include inline skating. We emphasize individual improvement, participation and achievement in sports.

Big Bear Sports Camp

Big Bear Sports Camp is located on 14 acres of land and 8 miles from the Snow Summit Ski Resort. It has extensive facilities including an inline hockey arena. The co-educational facility attracts athletes from around the world ranging in age from 7 to 16. The directors of each session are all professional and experts in their sport. During breaks from instructional sports, campers enjoy the alpine slide, wave running, tubing, boat excursions, biking, golf range, Frisbee golf, hiking, horseback riding, volleyball, arts crafts, swimming, ropes course, wall climbing and inline skating.

Zero Gravity Summer Camps

Zero Gravity Rollersport Camps starts each morning training session with a full stretching and flexibility session. There is a warm up period or "open skate" followed by an instruction time where everyone learns new skills and techniques and campers are encouraged to try new tricks. Proper body position and awareness are emphasized by video analysis and feedback. Gymnastic instruction and practice are scheduled daily. The mental part of sports and competition and the proper attitudes for success are presented in a fun and game-filled format. Rest and snack times are scheduled each session.

Tahoe Extreme Sports Camp

The Tahoe Extreme Sports Camp adventure summer camps and youth sports camps offer all of the most extreme sports at one location. The youth sports camp is designed for kids of all athletic abilities and skill levels from ages 8 through 18. Tahoe Extreme Sports Camp is located in picturesque Squaw Valley, Lake Tahoe, California. Campers are fully supervised in all activities.

Camp Cayuga

Camp Cayuga's inline skating and skateboard program is available every day during the summer. The activities take place at Cayuga’s Skate Park which offers a variety of ramps. There are straight grind rails, kinked grind rails, quarter pipes with rails, quarter pipes without rails, bank ramps with rails, roll-ins, wedges, spines, and a new large half-pyramid with an angled ledge and wedge jump combination. The Skate Park also features a 40 foot long half-pipe that is 20 feet wide, and 11 feet high. You can bring you own skates or use camp equipment.

Camp Lohikan

Inline skating and skateboarding are growing fast at Lohikan. This camp has grinding rails, sky ramps, half pipes, quarter pipes, wedge ramps, spines, jumps and boxes as part of the skating program at the Ray Young Skate Park. Inexperienced inline skater and skateboarders as well as advanced athletes can learn more skills and sharpen existing skills. The skate park is open all day and instructors provide individual attention. Beginners are taught the basics. Inline skaters and skateboarders practice balance and skating fundamentals and then move on to the tricks. This camp sponsors 2 popular X-Game events, one in July and a second in August.
